String of 164 Digits is a diverse Gainesville-based collective interested in a variety of puppet-making techniques and the use of puppets as a way to explore communication, narrative, the absurd, the unknown and objects of wonder. Utilizing video, projection, sculpture, sound and performance the group seeks to string together opportunities for curious and rare interactions. 164 Digits offers an ever-expanding range of characters and stories including wayward penguins, French lessons, Sociology experiments, and an overly vigilant singing art guard.
